The first generation of the Buyung family opened “Buyung” rice shop in Palembang, South Sumatra.
2003
- The second generation of Buyung family founded BPS, a rice producer and distributor in Jakarta.
- Launched the “Topi Koki” brand in Jakarta and Palembang.

Expanded distribution through modern markets.

The operation of a rice processing plant in Subang, West Java, with a capacity of 86,000 tons/year.

Distribution center started operations in Surabaya, East Java.

Successfully achieving Rp 500 billion of sales.

- Increasing factory production capacity in Subang to 259.000 tons/year.
- Achieved ISO 9001.

Successfully reaching Rp 1 trillion of sales.

Initial Public Offering of 700 million shares and 70 million Series-I warrants.

- New Plant Ground Breaking in South Sumatra.
- Listed in Kompas 100 Index, FTSE Micro Cap, IDXSMC-COM, and ISSI Index.

- The Company was listed on several indexes, including the Pefindo 25 SME Index, the IDX80 Index, and the IDXSMC-LIQ Index.
- The Company increased the production capacity of the Subang Plant to 50 tons/hour.
2020
- Completed the Rice Husk-Fueled Power Plant in Palembang.
- Received sustainability certificate from The Planet Mark.
- Continuing the construction of new factory in South Sumatra.
- Established PT Hoki Distribusi Niaga as the Company’s subsidiary.
