The Company considers its employees as valuable assets which can sustainably support the Company’s growth. Fulfilling the requirements in labor, including on wellbeing as well as workplace health and safety is one of the Company’s priority.

The Company’s responsibility also includes maintaining employees’ workplace health and safety, both by directly contacting the employees and by providing the right supporting facilities. One of the Company’s activities in 2019 is conducting a fire prevention training and simulation at the Company’s production facility on 27 November 2019. The Company is also committed to implement an intergrated Health and Safety Management System at its production facilities.

The Company is also responsible for supplying good quality products for its consumers. The quality of the Company’s products are maintained since its production process with the implementation of ISO 9001:2015. The Company’s products hold halal certification from Indonesian Ulema Council, with the number 01331227780519. To maintain communication with the consumers, the Company provides a customer care number on the product packaging.

A sustainable environment is one of the embodiments of the Company as a good member of society. For such reason, the Company works hard to ensure that the Company’s activities do not disturb or even damage the environment. One of the optimalizations performed is the effort to ensure that there are no hazardous materials from the production activities, aside from dust and rice bran from the rice milling process. Consistently, the rice bran flours are supplied to other parties to be used as cattle feed. The Company is also in the middle of constructing an independent electrical generator powered by rice husks, as a solution for rice husk waste management as well as meeting the electrical needs for the Company’s production machines.
