NOTIFICATION TO SHAREHOLDERS

Pursuant to the regulation POJK No. 32/POJK.04/2014, we here with notify the Shareholders of PT Buyung Poetra Sembada Tbk (“Company”) that the Company will hold an Annual General Meeting  of Shareholders (“Meeting”) on Monday, June 17, 2019, placed at ‘Seminar 3’ Room, IDX Building, Jalan Jenderal Sudirman Kav. 52-53, Jakarta 12190.

The invitation to attend that Meeting will be advertised on Friday, May 24, 2019 in 1 (one) Indonesian language daily newspaper.

Rightful claimant of Shareholders to attend or be represented in the Meeting are the Shareholders registered in the Shareholders Registered of KSEI on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at 16.00 Western Indonesia Time.

Shareholders proposal will be included in the Agenda of the Meeting if the proposal duly meet the provision in Article 14 Paragraph 7 of the Company’s Articles of Association, and must be received by the Board of Directors at least 7 (seven) days before the date of Invitation of the Meeting, that is Friday, May 17, 2019.
