Jakarta \u2013 The price of rice has increased. At the Cipinang Central Rice Market, Jakarta, the price of medium rice from IDR 8,000 \/ kilogram (kg) to IDR 8,800 \/ kg.<\/p>

Meanwhile, premium rice increased from IDR 12,000 \/ kg to IDR 12,500 \/ kg. According to the head of the National Police\u2019s Food Task, Setyo Wasisto, the rice price hike occurred because the price of grain.<\/p>

\u201cFirst, because the trade price of grain has risen in West Java (West Java), East Java (East Java), now it is between Rp. 5,800 to Rp. 6,000. When it becomes rice the price is Rp. 12 thousand,\u201d explained Setyo to detikFinance, Monday (8\/1 \/ 2018).<\/p>
