Therefore, the Company needs to adhere to Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles, because GCG implementation becomes an irreplaceable foundation to support business activities that cannot be separated from the demands of a high level of trust. In practice, GCG is the cornerstone of any activity of the Company, such as maintaining compliance and managing risks.<\/p><p>The Company\u2019s business growth depends on the community\u2019s trust around its business premises, therefore this trust must be maintained by improving performance, efficiency and management based on prudential principles. Therefore, the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and all employees of the Company are committed to uphold and implement GCG principles. A high commitment of implementing GCG principles in every business activity of the Company is absolutely necessary in order to build a competitive organization with reliable human resources.
