CODE OF ETHICS

The Company has a Code of Conduct as a series of principles and values based on the principles of good governance. The Code of Ethics serves as a guideline related to professional practices, and applies to all employees and management in all aspects of the Company’s operations and business processes and must be consistently applied every day. The Code of Ethics has been socialized and published to all levels of the Company, together with the procedures for its implementation, reporting, monitoring, and evaluation.

The Code of Ethics strengthens the value chain that is formulated based on the Company’s vision and mission, and encourages reciprocal relationships between management and employees and other stakeholders. The Company establishes the word KARISMA as a manifestation of the Code of Ethics, which generally means a superior ability to be a role model for society. KARISMA has been and will continue to be developed by the Company as a way to increase stakeholders’ trust which can be described as follows:
