Annual general meeting of shareholders (RUPST) of PT Buyung Poetra Sembada Tbk. (HOKI) decided to distribute dividends worth IDR 9.67 billion. Thus, each holder of one share will receive a dividend of IDR 1. The dividend cum date falls on July 5, 202 with payment to be made on July 26, 2024.
